Collection Agents are specialized for payment collection and have an extra menu to mark payments for specific customers. However, normal agents can also collect payments for the bills they generate.

Absolutely. The Admin Dashboard allows you to create and manage multiple agent profiles. You can track individual performance, assign specific routes, and monitor daily collections for each agent.
Billing rates and rules are managed centrally from the Admin Web Portal. Any changes you make there are instantly pushed to all agent devices.
