  • We do not actively track GPS location
  • IP-based approximate location may be logged for security purposes

  • We act as a Data Processor on your behalf
  • You are responsible for legal basis for collecting customer data
  • You must inform your customers about data processing

7.2 Your Responsibilities

As a user managing customer data, you are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers
  • Ensuring accuracy of customer information
  • Responding to customer data access/deletion requests
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws

7.3 Customer Rights

Your customers have rights regarding their data including:

  • Right to know what data is collected
  • Right to access their billing records
  • Right to correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
